Travel Desk customer referral credit terms

Effective 31 August 2026. These terms apply to the customer referral link available to eligible Travel Desk account holders and are separate from the influencer/partner programme.

Reward

For each eligible referred customer, the referrer earns £10 of Travel Desk subscription credit. The credit is non-cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is used only against eligible Travel Desk subscription charges.

Qualification

The referred customer must register through a valid customer referral link, complete a genuine paid Travel Desk subscription invoice, and remain in an active paid subscription state for 30 days after that first qualifying paid invoice. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, test transactions, or referrals already attributed to the influencer/partner commission lane are not eligible.

Referral attribution

A valid customer referral link may set a first-party functional referral cookie for up to 90 days so Travel Desk can associate a later registration with the referring account. It is used for the referral benefit rather than optional advertising analytics. The referral code is validated against an existing Travel Desk account before it can create a customer-credit attribution.

How credit is applied

Travel Desk limits referral-credit provision to 50% of an eligible monthly subscription invoice at a time. Unused earned credit carries forward. Credit is normally provisioned to the Stripe customer balance for use against a future Travel Desk subscription invoice. It does not create a cash payment to the referrer.

Refunds and reversals

If the qualifying subscription payment is fully refunded, the related £10 reward is reversed. If that reward has already been used, the reversed amount becomes a recovery offset against future referral rewards; Travel Desk does not create a cash debit solely to recover the referral credit.

One economic lane per referred subscription

A referred subscription cannot earn both customer referral credit and influencer/partner commission. An existing Travel Desk customer may separately join the influencer programme and use their influencer link for other referrals, subject to the influencer programme terms.

Changes and misuse

Travel Desk may refuse or reverse referral credit where evidence indicates fraud, abuse, duplicate or self-referral, chargeback, refund, or a material breach of these terms. Any material future programme change will apply prospectively unless required by law or necessary to correct abuse or an error.
